Access

The customer is to provide access to the property when the service is due to be performed. If he/she is not available at the appointed time the customer is responsible for providing us access to the keys. Running water and electricity must be available within the property where the cleaning service is to be carried out. Unless they advise us to arrange the generator.

QUOTES

Quick quotes are based around either an operator making a quick guestimate based on information provided over the phone, google maps or a street view assessment. These quotes may not be 100% accurate and a further quote would be offered before clean commences by the cleaners who attend your job, should the original quote be void. All quotes are exclusive of GST unless stated. We can offer a per cleaner / per hour quote for most works however, a fixed quote or per hour quote would need to be selected & accepted before any work commences.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept cash and credit cards only for all residential cleans, payable on the day of the clean. Alternatively, we will be happy to supply an invoice post-cleaning. Please remember all quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless stated. Please note that any unpaid invoices unpaid after the stated payment date may be subject to overdue fees. Our standard terms are 24 hours after the invoice is sent.

Content of the Site

We attempt to keep the content of the Site up to date. However, we do not warrant the accuracy or currency of the content. You acknowledge that the content on the Site is subject to change at any time. All prices quoted on the Site are in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices quoted on the Site should be used as a guide only as they may change from time to time.
